Somto Uba
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Somto Uba is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Help Nearby UK. He has over a decade of experience advising domestic and multinational companies in various sectors, including financial services, energy, technology, telecoms, consumer services, real estate and the public sector. His experience includes corporate and financial restructuring, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, tax advisory, financial analysis/reporting, and due diligence.
Somto worked with KPMG and PwC before setting up Help Nearby UK. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. He recently completed his MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School, which included an international exchange at the prestigious Cornell SC Johnson College of Business in New York.
